Thank you for shopping with Planet Dreamers! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition as received

  • It must include original packaging, tags (if applicable), and proof of purchase


🔁 Exchanges & Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at hello@theplanetdreamers.com.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


📨 How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at hello@theplanetdreamers.com.
We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address for our USA warehouse.

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


📦 Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • A refund can only be processed once we receive the returned item in its original condition.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Digital products (e.g., printable kits, digital downloads, online resources)

Note: Digital files are delivered instantly after purchase and are non-refundable.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

🧾 Address & Order Errors

Customers are responsible for entering their shipping address correctly. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • You may request a reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply)

  • Or request a refund. (shipping fees will not be reimbursed.)
